1:1 Services Disclaimer (Zoom, Voxer, and Email)

Fabienne Louis LLC offers 1:1 services delivered via Zoom video sessions, Voxer voice and text messaging, and email. By participating in any 1:1 service in any format, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All 1:1 sessions are coaching and advisory in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment.
Zoom sessions may be recorded by Fabienne Louis LLC for internal use, quality assurance, or program development. You will be notified at the start of any recorded session. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify Fabienne Louis LLC prior to the session.
Voxer and email communications are retained by Fabienne Louis LLC and may be referenced internally. They are subject to the confidentiality provisions in the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your own privacy and secure connection when participating in any Zoom, Voxer, or email communication with Fabienne Louis LLC.
Fabienne Louis LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, platform outages, or interruptions affecting Zoom, Voxer, or email delivery.

Group Programs Disclaimer

By participating in any group program, group coaching container, community, or cohort offered by Fabienne Louis LLC — whether delivered online, via video, audio, or any other format — you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Group sessions may be recorded. Recordings may include your voice, image, likeness, questions, or contributions and are the sole property of Fabienne Louis LLC.
Fabienne Louis LLC reserves the right to use recordings for course creation, training materials, program updates, and marketing content.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you must notify Fabienne Louis LLC at info@fabiennelouis.com prior to the session to make alternative arrangements.
Your participation in any live group session constitutes your consent to being recorded under these terms.
You agree to respect the confidentiality of all other participants. Information shared by other participants within a group container is confidential and may not be disclosed outside the group.
Fabienne Louis LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a group program without refund for violation of these terms or conduct that disrupts the group container.

Live Events and In-Person Work

For any future live workshops, retreats, in-person events, or hybrid events offered by Fabienne Louis LLC, the following additional terms apply:

You participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or psychological responses to content, exercises, or activities.
Fabienne Louis LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, adverse reaction, or outcome arising from participation in any live or in-person event.
You are responsible for disclosing any physical or medical conditions to Fabienne Louis LLC prior to attending any in-person event that involves physical activity, sound, or energetic work.
Fabienne Louis LLC reserves the right to ask any participant to discontinue participation in any activity if their safety or the safety of others is at risk.
