Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Fabienne Louis LLC does not offer refunds on any digital products, programs, activations, audio content, courses, or services purchased through this Site. Chargeback Policy
In the event of a dispute regarding a charge, you agree to contact Fabienne Louis LLC at info@fabiennelouis.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment processor. Fabienne Louis LLC will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute directly within 5 business days of receiving notice.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Fabienne Louis LLC constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Fabienne Louis LLC reserves the right to immediately revoke access to all purchased products and programs, pursue collection of the disputed amount, and report the matter to relevant payment processors. You agree to reimburse Fabienne Louis LLC for any fees or costs incurred as a result of an unjustified chargeback.
Product Access
Upon purchase, you are granted access to the digital product or program for its active operational lifespan. “Lifetime Access” refers to the lifespan of the product itself — not your lifetime. Should a product be updated or enhanced, you will receive those updates as part of your purchase. If a product is retired or discontinued, access will be revoked and the lifetime access term will be considered fulfilled. Fabienne Louis LLC reserves the sole right to determine the active lifespan of any product or program.
Access Restriction and Revocation
Fabienne Louis LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently revoke your access to the Site or any product or program at any time, without notice and without refund, including but not limited to cases where:

- A competing product has been created using information learned from our programs
